About

Processful was an early-stage start-up in the process automation space. The product allowed teams to create dynamic human-in-the-loop checklists with embedded form inputs and data tables. A visual workflow builder enabled our users to create fully automated background processes as well. Process executions could be triggered manually, via API call or on schedule, automatically creating tasks for assigned team members along the way.
The product created a symbiosis of process documentation and process execution, keeping both perfectly in sync and making outdated manuals a relict of the past.

Product design

I joined the founding team at inception of the project, starting with an in-depth review of the competitive landscape and solutions on the market. The initial design system and branding was established, targeting a tech-savvy audience in a modern tool stack. Introducing 3D design into our visual communication helped us creating a unique and recognizable branding.
Our ambition was to make product adoption as easy and fast as possible, hence it was vital to provide an intuitive experience with well-established design principles. I created the visual design and UX of the checklist builder as Notion-like editor with powerful embedded components, being accessible for a broad audience with varying technical skills.
Evolving the product, I created a visual workflow builder and powerful data tables, both being real-time collaborative, which created another level of complexity for the UX design.
